If the form isn't working for you, or you can't attach a document, don't give up on it — email us and we'll take your application by email instead. Nobody gets turned away over a technical problem.

We will never ask you for a fee, your Social Security number, or your bank details in order to apply. If someone claiming to be us does, it isn't us — please tell us right away.
